We provide services in 6 main categories: • Financial and sustainability audit: we provide complete services intended for listed companies, private equity funds, and mid and small cap firms, especially in international contexts. • Financial Performance: we support companies and family offices in building an effective and efficient finance function with a range of accounting, reporting, consolidation and analytics services. • Valuation: we are recognized as a major player in the business valuation, independent appraisal, and fairness opinion market. • Transaction Services: recognized as experts, we assist companies and private equity funds as closely as possible throughout their acquisition or divestiture projects. • Sustainability Services and CSR: enforced by our certifying officer position, we provide sustainability consulting. • Extended producer responsibility (EPR): we are a French expert in consulting and auditing missions for companies which manage the end-of-life stages of products.
