City Social Welfare and Development Office - Davao

The City Social Services and Development Office (CSSDO) is the social welfare arm of the City Government of Davao. It is mandated to provide basic social services to the disadvantaged, depressed, oppressed, and exploited citizenry of the city. It provides comprehensive programs and services to disadvantaged families and communities; promotion of the welfare of women, persons with disability, child and youth, and the older persons to help them become productive, self-reliant and ultimately attain better quality of life.
