DECO is a private non-profit organization of public interest. It is based in Lisbon but has a reach over major portuguese regions with delegations in Minho, Norte, Centro, Ribatejo e Oeste, Alentejo, Algarve and Madeira. We have 3 essencial values: Information; Education and Training and Consumer Representation.
