Detroit Chassis is a subsidiary of Spectra LLC, a concept to customer provider of niche vehicle manufacturing solutions owned by Michael and Carlton Guthrie. Spectra also owns Detroit Custom Chassis, a provider of custom up-fits, conversions, and complex sub-assemblies to a variety of automotive, commercial truck, and transit industries, and Detroit Chassis Avon, provider of axles and tire and wheel assemblies to the medium and heavy-duty truck industry and front corner modules and TPMS for the Ford Mustang located in Avon, OH.
