Since our foundation over 70 years ago, we have been dealing with one question: How can people in companies work together successfully? Never before has this question been at the centre of social interest as it is today. As the largest HR professional association, we promote dialogue at eye level and provide guidance. We act as ambassadors for our diverse community in politics, business and the media. We are the German Society for Human Resource Management.
