Directorate General Mines & Minerals (DGMM) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is responsible for Mineral Title Rights Regulation and Collection of Royalties on the exploited mineral resources. DGMM is also assigned the task with to explore new potential mineral investment zones and promoting mineral exploration in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
