Dubai Offshore Sailing Club

81 employees

Dubai Offshore Sailing Club (DOSC) opened its doors in 1974 with no more than a barrasti shade on the beach and a few small sailing boats. It has grown and developed to host some of the best sailing opportunities in the Gulf. Throughout its existence, this non-profit making club has been run with the noble intention of promoting sailing to all nationalities in Dubai and its environs. The club is run daily by an enthusiastic team of over 70 staff, employed to ensure that this members club offers the best facilities possible. Headed up by a 12 strong committee, the club offers a range of sailing courses, racing events, themed nights and social events for its members. The facilities include a lively club house with a licensed bar and restaurant, 150 berth yacht marina, RYA dinghy sailing school, RYA Yacht Cruising school, marine dry park with maintenance facilities and a private beach. All this, combined with an extremely busy racing and social calendar, make Dubai Offshore Sailing Club the premier sailing and yachting destination in the Middle East.
