East Los Angeles College

East Los Angeles College, founded in 1946, is part of the Los Angeles Community College District. There are nine campuses in the District. ELAC is located in the city of Monterey Park, California. ELAC provides quality education for thousands of students, and gives them the opportunity to transfer to four-year universities. Many of the professors working at ELAC have earned PhD degrees.
