Eastern Air Defense Sector

The Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS) is a highly skilled and dedicated tactical control unit that falls under the jurisdiction of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and the United States Northern Command (NORTHCOM). Based in Rome, New York, EADS is manned by dedicated members of the New York Air National Guard who are committed to executing the critical federal homeland air defense mission on a daily basis.
