Inspiring environments nurture creativity. We provide creative office, studio and co-working space for over 1,000 creative practitioners and businesses. Our sites are thriving independent hubs for the creative industries, evolving to reflect our residents work and lifestyles. Flexible workspace for creative use is complemented by on-site offerings from wellness to curated stores, markets, galleries, rooftop bars, florists and cafes. Eat Work Art was established in 2009 with the aim of transforming buildings into workspaces for independent creative communities to grow. Launching with the iconic Netil House in London Fields, an unloved 60’s building transformed into a power house of creativity, crowned with a sprawling rooftop, we have expanded into nine sites across London and Plymouth. Sustainability is inherent in our regeneration work and we strive to enrich the communities we work in. Inspired by the passions and interests of our residents and the wider community, we evolve to engage with our surrounding communities in creative projects. Aiming to bring likeminded individuals together who champion innovation and collaboration, everyone is welcome, from individual start-up artisan traders to more established companies. Everything we do is centred around bringing people together to foster a community of great minds.
