Encompass Community Supports

Formerly Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services (RRCS), Encompass Community Supports (ECSVA) is a community services board that serves the Rappahannock-Rapidan Region of Virginia. The mission of ECSVA is to improve the quality of life in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock Counties by providing comprehensive behavioral health, developmental disability, substance use disorder, and aging services.
