Encode - The Internship Cell, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College

Encode is the Internship Cell of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College and the cell's main aim is to establish the much needed link between the professional world and the students of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College. Encode intends to bridge the gap between the recruiters and prospective interns, thereby eliminating the need to have personal contacts to procure internships. It seeks to overcome the major barrier of lack of visibility of internship opportunities which may be put up on websites but may not reach the right internship seekers. Falling under the ambit of Center for Skill Development of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, its job is not just restricted to getting internships in various fields for our students. Encode is also responsible for the soft skill development of a wide section of our students by organizing workshops and seminars on diverse topics.
