Enfield Homes

Enfield Homes was established as an Arms Length Management Organisation in 2008. Enfield Council’s housing stock comprises of approximately 10,500 social rented homes and a further 5,000 leasehold properties. The Management Agreement originally expired in 2012, but this was extended to March 2015, in order to make full use of remaining decent homes funding. Enfield Homes was subsequently reintegrated back into the Council as of 31 March 2015, providing an opportunity to deliver efficiencies and streamline functions across the Council in the delivery of both housing and back office services.
