Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Incubation Centre, St.Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata is an initiative to inculcate organizational, developmental and managerial skills into aspiring entrepreneurs and provide them with a platform to nurture their creativity and transform it into reality. EDCIC acts as a catapult to provide momentum to students from all disciplines who not only have an entrepreneurial ambition, but also the determination to achieve their goals. EDC promotes student initiatives in business by hosting an array of inter and intra college competitions as well as arranging for interactive sessions with those stalwarts in their respective fields who have seen the arena closely and have ascended to peaks of success. EDC envisions a successful entrepreneur in each individual, irrespective of his/her subject of study, and does its bit in identifying them and mentoring them to take ordered steps towards realization of their dreams.
