eSky Group is a Polish-based travel technology company, that owns and operates several online travel agency brands including eSky, Thomas Cook (since 2024) and eDestinos. It operates in over 50 countries and is a leader in Central and Eastern Europe and a key player in South America. The company offers stand-alone flights and hotels as well as city break and holiday packages with a wide range of ancillary products such as travel insurance, car rentals, transfers, and others. In September 2024, eSky Group acquired Thomas Cook, the world's oldest travel brand. The acquisition agreement signed with Fosun Tourism Group is expected to enable the Polish company to enter the top tier of package tour operators in Western Europe. In 2023, eSky closed with an impressive EBITDA of over €18.7 million and 3.3 million customers served, earning it recognition as the most valuable Polish travel e-commerce company by Forbes. eSky Group is also a long-standing member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and is part-owned by listed private equity fund MCI, a leading Digital & ClimaTech fund in Central and Eastern Europe.
