At ECLC, you’ll engage in honest, insightful dialogue with senior executives who have spent years leading transformation or change at some of the world’s largest organizations. Through peer-led roundtables and in-person gatherings, you’ll get to exchange strategies for leading change—without the sugarcoating. Our goal is to elevate leadership in corporate transformation, bringing together forward-thinking leaders to collaborate and solve complex challenges in global organizations. By sharing real-world insights, we aim to create a community that doesn’t just adapt to change but sets new standards in transformation leadership. Members of ECLC are: 1. Executive Level Leadership: We’re a group of CXOs, EVPs, SVPs, and equivalent titles. None of our members are further than 2 levels from CXO. 2. Leading Change At Scale: All ECLC executives are leaders of organizations with minimum 2,500 employees. 3. Driving Transformational Impact: The change you’re leading and driving should impact at least 50% of your organization’s employee population.
