The Faculty of Computer and Information Science (FCIS) Ain Shams University is a private research university located in Cairo, Abbaseya. FCIS is devoted to the advancement of knowledge and education of students in areas that contribute to or prosper in an environment of science and technology. It's mainly devoted to Computer Science. The faculty has 5 departments: Information Systems, Computer Systems, Computer Science, Scientific Computing and Bioformatics.
