FIESTA Communities was conceived in the idea of alleviating homelessness. It answers the government’s call for housing backlog in the Philippines. Since its inception in 2007, 16,640 units have been successfully constructed in 16 fully developed subdivision building homes for over 10,800 residents and these figures are still counting due to massive demand for shelter.
