We empower system involved and disconnected youth with a business created for them to run. We believe that when system-involved youth are given genuine and increasing responsibilities in a business environment, combined with high expectations and a support system, they can and will break down personal barriers to success, create solid action plans, and become contributing members of our community who live, love and own their futures.
