Fratelli Branca Distillerie is an Italian company owned by the Branca family. The company's industrial activity, a leader in the spirits sector for 180 years, began in 1845 when Bernardino Branca invented Fernet-Branca, the bitter liqueur that would become famous worldwide. The story continued with the development of Stravecchio Branca and Brancamenta, the company’s “historic” products, while the portfolio expanded through a policy of brand acquisitions, line extensions. “Novare Serbando” is the company’s growth mantra, rooted in quality, innovation, and respect for tradition. The company's renowned products in the relevant market sectors include Fernet–Branca, Brancamenta, Stravecchio Branca, Borghetti, Sambuca Borghetti, Grappa Candolini, Punt e Mes, Carpano Rosso, Carpano Bianco, Carpano Dry, Carpano Bitter and Antica Formula. The company operates with respect for the environment and adheres to its Ethical Code, a formalized code of conduct. The group does not include companies or operating units in countries with low taxation or limitations on trade union freedom.
