GCPS Consulting supports organisations working internationally to increase the quality and effectiveness of their policies and programmes relating to safeguarding including protection from sexual exploit and abuse and sexual harassment. GCPS Consulting aims to be a 'one stop shop' for all protection requirements, whether agencies are strengthening organisational protection policies and procedures, evaluating the impact of protection programmes, developing protection systems or designing programmes to enhance the situation of children and other vulnerable groups. GCPS addresses safeguarding and protection work holistically and offers solutions that fit with organisations’ internal and external realities. Members of the team offer a range of complementary skills and experience and have extensive experience of working in diverse cultural contexts and in different languages.
