Genius Auto Finance Co., Ltd was established in August 2015, with its headquarter located in China (Shanghai) pilot free trade zone. Genius is a joint venture by Geely Auto Holding Limited Company (Holding subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Listing Code: 0175) and BNPP PF (BNP Paribas owned subsidiary) with registered capital of RMB 2 billion. Genius is devoted to providing retail and wholesale business nationwide, consisting of the customers and dealers from three auto brands, Geely Auto, Volvo and Lynk & CO.
