The fund currently has $300,000 of assets under management. In addition to managing money, the fund prepares its students for careers in the real estate industry by providing them with exclusive training sessions, internships, and networking events. Matthew Cypher, George Yeonas, and Paul Curbo of the Steers Center for Global Real Estate work alongside the team of committed students to ensure the fund’s growth and success.
