GFFB is a regional non-profit company, closely related to local communities, working with long term unemployed in different projects. The company offers counselling, coaching, training & placement services. Working in urban districts we prevent social exclusion with different projects. We offer work for more than 500 people in Frankfurt-Rhein-Main area. The philosophy of our company is based on sustainable development, equal opportunities and networking on regional, national and global level. We empower people in our local enterprises. Our clients organize and develop their own work-places. Our staff attend and support with information and knowledge.
