GirlBoss New Zealand was founded with a single mission: To close the gender gap in Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths, and Leadership. We empower confident, resilient, future-ready, young women to lead and change the world. GirlBoss New Zealand is a network of 17,500 young women leading change in their communities. Our programmes have been implemented in over 100 schools nationwide. Only 14% of NZX CEOs are women - we're changing that. At GirlBoss, we believe in the power of young women to change the world.
