For over 30 years, Mikros Technologies has liquid cooled over 1,000 watts in an area of a centimeter squared. We support our customers by designing and producing high-efficiency liquid-cooling solutions for high-performance chips, data centers, electric vehicles, microprocessors, IGBTs, lasers, LEDs and more. Born out of a NASA space station cooling project, our patented micro-matrix cold plates are capable of lower thermal resistances and pressure drops to increase electrical efficiency and extend component life. We offer both single and two-phase solutions. Mikros Technologies also specializes in micro-machined nozzle for microfluidics applications requiring micron-level dimensions and sub-micron accuracy.
