Grade's vision is to be the leading Nordic HR-tech provider supporting the employee lifecycle within the public sector and large organizations. The product suite consists of user-friendly tools that can seamlessly be integrated with each other. Grade supports municipalities, regions, authorities, universities, and large enterprises throughout the entire employee journey – offering recruitment tools, digital onboarding, a learning management system, employee surveys, performance reviews, and more. The Grade group was founded in 2021 when Varbi, Grade, and Workbuster merged. Since then, Grade has continued to grow and expand its offerings and product range with Refensa, Realcruit, Jobbnorge, Kuntarekry, Kirkkorekry and Intro.
