Greater Sacramento Urban League

Formed in 1968, the Greater Sacramento Urban League is an affiliate of the National Urban League and one of 90 affiliates across 36 states and the District of Columbia. The organization is governed by a board of directors with broad community representation. Our mission is to empower Black and other historically marginalized people throughout the region in securing economic self-reliance, educational fulfillment, social justice and civil rights while living well, being well and thriving.
