مدرسه گرو با دغدغه گروهی از جوانان در مورد چالشهای زندگی در ایران ایجاد شد؛ چند سال پیش بود که با توجه به عدم وجود مهارت کافی برای زندگی و سردرگمی جوانان در مراحل زندگی، ایده ایجاد مدرسهای برای ایجاد این مهارتها در ذهن اعضای تیم شکل گرفت. در مدرسه گرو ما به جوانان کمک خواهیم کرد تا به غایت خود در زدگی پی برده و زندگی خود را بر پایه هدفی ارزشمند طراحی کنند. مدرسه گرو غایتمندی در زندگی را در پنج زمینه شغل، ارتباطات، تحصیلات، اوقات فراغت و سلامت شناسایی کرده است. هدف ما این است که جوانان پیش از اینکه زندگی مسیری را برای آنها انتخاب کند، خود در راستای غایت زندگیشان، دست به اقدام بزنند. Growschool was grounded based on the concerns of a caring group of youth about the challenges of living in Iran. We have come to this idea a few years ago when lacking necessary competencies for living in nowadays world was the topic of discussion. So in Grow, we make youth think about their purpose and help them design their life based on the core factors of a purposeful life. Consequently, planning Career pathway and Education, Network of Developmental Relationships, and Spare Time for emerging adults are the focus of Growschool. We hope to provide the opportunity for all youth to design their own life purpose before the life has a design for them.
