Founded in 1969, this Costa Rican family company operates and partially owns four hotels carrying the Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn, and Best Western flags. Grupo Marta Restaurants owns and operates three Denny's restaurants. Additionally, the group actively invests and participates in the development of residential and commercial real state.
