Grupo VARMA is a holding company integrated by Varma Imports and Exports, Varma Food & Personal Care, Bodegas y Viñedos del Marqués de Vargas and Sixservix Omega, as controlled companies; and Pazo de Valdomiño, Vermouth Yzaguirre, Dominican Ron Barceló, as investees. Imports and Exports Varma, the spirits and wines distribution company of the group, has a wide portfolio of internationally represented brands such as Glenfiddich, Hendrick's, Fireball, Terry, Bodegas Fundador, Harveys, Moskovskaya, Beluga, Bollinger, Ayala, The Balvenie or White Claw, among others. In addition, Bodegas y Viñedos del Marqués de Vargas provides to Grupo Varma an exquisite selection of wines, from the main wine regions of Spain, with Marqués de Vargas from La Rioja, Pazo de San Mauro from Rias Baixas or Conde de San Cristobal from Ribera del Duero. On the other hand, Varma Food & Personal Care operates the import and distribution of prestigious international brands such as Capitán Maní, Campbell Shortbread, PRIME, Mulino Bianco or Extra Virgin Olive Oil Marqués de Vargas, among others.
