Gulf Coast Health Center, Inc. is a private, non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). We serve the low income, insured, uninsured, underinsured and the working poor. Our goal is to offer affordable health care to every resident of Jefferson, Hardin, Orange, Newton and Jasper Counties in Southeast Texas.
