GEC has been entrusted with a wide range and variety of assignments from both Government and Private sectors including many repeat clients signifying high level of satisfaction with the rendered professional services. The distinct development oriented environment, backed with impressive historic, architectural and heritage provided impetus to Dr Salem Nasser Al-Rasby, one of the first Omani Nationals with a Doctorate in Civil Engineering along with two partners, for creation of Gulf Engineering Consultancy (GEC), in the year 1982.
