J. Gumbo's is a chain of Creole and Cajun of Fast-Casual Restaurants headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. Our founders, Billy Fox, Jr. and Jason Cardwell, opened the first restaurant in 2005, and now are quickly expanding in the region. J. Gumbo’s prides itself on serving excellent food at a reasonable price. We put our soul in the bowl!
