HALUAN is the acronym for the Organization of Graduates of Educational Institusions, Malaysia, a non-governmental organization ( NGO ) founded in 1988. It is an NGO which is based on Islamic principles and values, serve and to all levels of society who need seamless religious beliefs, race, political, social status or geography.
