Hawaii Tokai International College

Hawaii Tokai International College (HTIC) was established on May 22, 1992, as an American two-year liberal arts college. HTIC is authorized to operate in the State of Hawaii under the Hawaii Post-Secondary Education Authorization Program, and since June 1994, has been accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. HTIC offers an Associate in Arts degree.
