In 2005, HCC acquired Triple-C in Sabetha, Kansas, a company that specializes in manufacturing the HydraBed for the cattle industry and the Reel Lift bed for the utilities industry. In 2012, we launched its operations in Curitiba, Brazil, focusing on manufacturing reels and sieves and catering to the OEMs of South America. In 2019, HCC made another strategic acquisition, this time of GIC in Kirkland, Illinois, a company that specializes in developing and producing electronic circuit boards. Finally, in 2020, HCC and Allis Roller entered into a joint venture in Curitiba, Brazil, to manufacture Straw Choppers, Rubber Rollers, and Steel Rollers.
