The Drake family arrived in Central Illinois in 1852, and set down roots that still run deep. Their descendents started banking in 1920, and survived economic ups and downs for generations. The third generation of Drake bankers is actively involved in leading Heartland Bank today, continuing the family tradition of service and relationship-building they established early in the twentieth century. You can learn a lot about a place when you know what’s important to the people working there. We say, “Relationships give meaning to our work.” It’s a statement of fact, as well as a reminder of how we’re connected to the communities we serve. We know that banking is personal, so we take the time to get to know our customers. We start the conversation by understanding what’s needed. We’re proud of Heartland’s strength and capabilities, the services we offer and the team of people who stand ready to serve their communities. Put our strength to work for you, and you’ll understand why we feel that way. Heartland Bank and Trust Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets. Member FDIC. Equal Housing Lender.
