HCA - Helping Celebrate Abilities

Helping Celebrate Abilities Our mission is to celebrate and empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community. HCA, Helping Celebrate Abilities, has been providing services in our community since 1947. What began as a small preschool for children with special needs has since grown into a much larger organization serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities of all ages. HCA is a CP State Affiliate.
