The House of Sports is an Olympic-style athletic training facility located in Ardsley, NY. Situated in Southern Westchester County and easily accessible from the NY Metropolitan area, Connecticut and New Jersey the 120,000 square foot state-of-the-art complex is one of the largest on the East Coast and is the home to one of the nation’s leading lacrosse, basketball and baseball training academies.
