Housewise (https://housewise.in) is Tech first, cloud-based property management startup. Housewise was founded by graduates from IIT after several years of their leadership careers in the industry. Housewise provides property management services to non- residents from 28 countries in 10 cities at India – Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Kolkata. The purpose of the company is to help Non-resident Indians manage their properties in India by unlocking the value of a large assets, leveraging technology and employing trusted professionals. Housewise is an ambitious startup, grew revenues 3X during FY 2019-20, 3X during FY 20-22. Targeting to grow by 5X in FY 22-23. - Selected in the ‘Google for Startups’ program in India in 2019 - Selected by IIM Calcutta Alumni as part of ‘Top 20 startups in India’ 2021
