Hull Culture & Leisure Ltd. (HCL) was established in 2015. It is a limited company wholly owned Hull City Council with charitable objectives. The company was created to sustain and develop services. HCAL manages, develops and delivers the following services on behalf of Hull City Council- Museums Galleries Libraries Parks Sport Leisure Centres Ice Arena Swimming Pools The City Hall Hull New Theatre The Venue cafes Civic catering
