HV Multiplay

HV Multiplay (Hv Television SAS) (formerly Accel-com) is a Colombian telecommunications company founded in 1991 and headquartered in Bogotá D.C.; it is the fifth-largest ISP providing Internet and television services. “The National Television Authority (ANTV) of Colombia reported in its pay-TV subscribers report that the industry reached 5,868,079 subscribers by the end of 2018, including cable and satellite TV services.” With this, HV Multiplay positioned itself as the fifth-largest operator in Colombia, with 156,490 subscribers, according to ANTV. It has coverage in the departments of Antioquia, Tolima, Cundinamarca, and the city of Bogotá. It was also one of the first providers to implement broadband Internet over a fiber-optic network (FTTH).
