Incuvo S.A. is a Polish studio specializing in virtual reality (VR) game development. Founded in 2012 and based in Katowice (Poland), the company has established a global presence in the VR gaming industry. Our expertise includes porting and producing VR games through work-for-hire arrangements and self-funded projects. We are also expanding our business model to create proprietary VR games based on well-known intellectual properties (IPs) and R&D. With over a decade of experience in game development and a focus on VR, we strive to advance the genre and become a leading developer in the global VR market. Our team combines technical expertise with creative ambition to craft the next generation of VR titles. With a team of over 70 people, we aim to be the global leader in this market. We have successfully adapted well-known games into VR, including Layers of Fear VR, Blair Witch VR, and Bulletstorm VR - an immersive adaptation of the cult-classic shooter from People Can Fly. Our most successful project, Green Hell VR, launched on all main VR headsets including, Meta Quest, and PlayStation VR2, receiving high praise from players and gaming media. In December 2024, we released the long-awaited Green Hell VR Co-op Mode update, allowing up to four players to collaborate for survival. Currently, we are focused on developing a survival action game for Meta Quest 3, leveraging the latest VR advancements to push the boundaries of the genre. As of 2021, Incuvo S.A. is publicly traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (New Connect). Incuvo's majority stakeholder is PCF Group S.A.
