The company re-branded in parallel with expansion into a new state of the art production facility during May 2015, investing in new machine tools and 5 axis machining for its growing client base. Our modern factory has the capability to machine all grades of metal and plastics. We can perform 3,4 and 5 axis CNC milling up to 1 metre in length, 600mm in width and 500mm in height. CNC turning is carried out using machines up to 8 axis and with capacities up to 300mm in diameter by 400mm long. Overseas manufacturing partners in low cost economies enable us to supply a wider range of products including high volume, simple machined components to complement our precision parts manufactured in-house. All quality control is carried out in our own inspection department with a dedicated quality manager, allowing us to provide full traceability and total supply chain management for our clients.
