INSEE Ecocycle Lanka ( Private ) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of Siam City Cement (Lanka) Limited , which is a member of the INSEE Group,a leading cement manufacturer in Southeast Asia, founded in 1969 in Thailand.The INSEE Group in Thailand also has expertise in environmental services that includes waste management. INSEE Ecocycle is the industrial waste management arm of the Group. Ecocycle was initiated in 2003 by introducing the responsible waste management solution called co-processing to Sri Lanka. Ecocycle has now become the leading environmental services provider in Sri Lanka by offering a unique portfolio of environmental services in industrial waste management.
