INSOL Europe is the European organisation of professionals who specialise in insolvency, bankruptcy and business reconstruction and recovery. Our Mission is to take the leading role in European issues of insolvency and also of business recovery and turnaround situations of business organisations. It is also to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas and exchange of professional experience amongst its members and to have discussions with official European and International bodies who are affected by the insolvency process, or who have a role to play in the saving of businesses and jobs.
