Integral Institute of Advanced Management (IlAM) the first autonomous management institution in combined Andhra Pradesh estd in 1987 intends to promote an application-oriented methodology that will help every student to understand the concepts of management education and to implement the same. Having an objective to produce thought leaders and effective managers the curriculum is being updated by having workshops inviting academicians, executives, and entrepreneurs. Input given in the workshops is forwarded to the lIAM advisory board which discusses and gives recommendations to the board of governors which is headed by the chairman Prof. MR Rao, former dean of ISB. In addition to the chairman, the board consists of members who have served in the public sectors, and private sectors, and senior academicians from Top business schools like IIM, etc. After going through the rigorous process of developing the curriculum, the board of governors approved it for execution by the director. In addition to the recommended curriculum, all the dimensions to mold the students into managers will be taken into consideration to make the students industry ready.
