Isla Petroleum and Energy (IP&E) Holdings, LLC is a local retail and commercial supplier of petroleum products on Guam, Saipan, and the Republic of Palau with wholesale operations in the Federated States of Micronesia and the Republic of the Marshalls. IP&E owns and operates the retail, commercial and distribution assets formerly managed by Shell on Guam, Saipan and in the Republic of Palau as a Shell Licensee. Overall, Shell and IP&E have been successfully supplying the islands for over 30 years. IP&E has also expanded its business offering with the opening of the local convenience store brand, Foody’s, and travel retail business, Travelr.
