Iroquois Pipeline Operating Company is the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P., a limited partnership of four U.S. and Canadian energy companies that own a 414-mile interstate natural gas pipeline system. Headquartered in Shelton, CT, the Iroquois Pipeline Operating Company is the agent for and operator of the pipeline system that extends from the U.S.-Canadian border at Waddington, NY through New York State and western Connecticut to its terminus in Commack, New York, and from Huntington to the Bronx, New York.
